Due Process

ARTICLE I:

Enter the email addresses of the parties involved in the dispute.  The person submitting the dispute is referred to as the “Appellant” and the adverse party is referred to as the “Respondent.”

ARTICLE II:

Submit a description of your issue.  Be as concise as possible and include remedies that are being sought.

ARTICLE III:

The Respondent will have an opportunity to reply to the submission and provide its arguments in opposition within 24 hours of the dispute’s submission.

ARTICLE IV:

Both parties are encouraged to provide their league’s rules that are applicable to the issue.  Additionally, the league’s commissioner is welcome to offer its input into the decision, including any prior dealings with similar issues.

ARTICLE V:

Once a dispute is submitted, you will be required to provide your payment information electronically through PayPal.  Once payment has been confirmed, the dispute will be sent to The Respondent for a reply, as well as to The Bench.

ARTICLE VI:

The judges will analyze the issues set forth and supporting materials provided.  Based on the evidence provided and the expertise of the judges, a decision will be rendered and a written opinion will be generated in support of that decision.

ARTICLE VII:

The Supreme Court of Fantasy Judgment’s decision is final. 

ARTICLE VIII:

Fantasy Judgment guarantees a written opinion within 24 hours of the Respondent’s submission.
